In this recent Myrtle Beach, SC remodel, Re-Builders expanded the foyer into the living room and removed the coat closet in order to enlarge the foyer. They installed wainscoting trim over the drywall and chair railing above the wainscoting. They increased the cased opening into den from the foyer to 5 feet wide. They installed a new tray ceiling in order to gain extra ceiling height to 9’6”, and installed a new light fixture and crown moulding.
Also installed was a vaulted ceiling in the den as well as a tray ceiling in the living room, sun room and dining room along with painting of all walls, ceilings and trim in new light gray colors.
