Chuck StietzelWe just completed a major home renovation, including the kitchen, three bathrooms, and a complete electrical upgrade, and we’re very happy with the results. Like many large renovation projects, there were a few unexpected challenges along the way, including some significant preexisting structural issues and difficulties with the cabinet installation. What stood out to us was that Re-Builders stayed committed to addressing issues and making sure things were done right. We truly appreciated the skill and hard work from the Re-Builders team. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out beautifully, and we’re excited to enjoy our renovated home for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Re-Builders for helping bring our vision to life.Posted on Google

3 Home Improvement Ideas That Add Square Footage and/or Value
From adding a second story to remodeling a kitchen, there are many things you can do to customize your home while adding square footage and increasing its market value. It doesn’t matter if the home you own is large or small, adding additions or doing renovations is an invaluable investment. Like with all projects, it’s best to start with some inspiration. That’s why our team here at Rebuilders has come up with three different home improvement ideas that will not only increase your home’s square footage and value.
Remodel Your Kitchen
Remodeling your kitchen can be a great way to add those extra features you’ve always wanted, like a walk-in pantry or breakfast nook. Even minor kitchen remodels have been proven to provide a great return on your initial investment.
Turn Your Attic Into A Guest Room
This can be a great idea if you have a large family or have a lot of guests over. By turning an unused space into an additional bedroom, you can add value where there wasn’t any. Use this space for guests or rent it out for an additional income, either way, this home addition is a great investment.
Add A Mudroom
This can be a great idea for busy families who need extra storage toward the front of the house. By installing different shelving and hooks, you can add storage and create a more visual appeal while still adding value.
While there are numerous home additions and improvements you can do to add square footage, our team at Rebuilders can help you create the space you’ve always wanted. No matter the size of the project, we’re always ready to help. Give us a call at (843) 448-0041 to get your project started!
