Chuck StietzelWe just completed a major home renovation, including the kitchen, three bathrooms, and a complete electrical upgrade, and we’re very happy with the results. Like many large renovation projects, there were a few unexpected challenges along the way, including some significant preexisting structural issues and difficulties with the cabinet installation. What stood out to us was that Re-Builders stayed committed to addressing issues and making sure things were done right. We truly appreciated the skill and hard work from the Re-Builders team. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out beautifully, and we’re excited to enjoy our renovated home for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Re-Builders for helping bring our vision to life.Posted on Google

3 Reasons Why You Should Enclose Your Screened Porch
With the gorgeous year-round weather here in Myrtle Beach, you probably thought you’d utilize your screened porch a lot more than you have. We want you to get the most out of your home and don’t want you to feel like there is wasted space. With the help from our team at Re-Builders, transforming your screened porch into a heated living space with tons of natural light that you can utilize year-round has never been a simpler process!
Added Value
By enclosing your screened porch, you’re adding heated square footage to your home which can add value to your home. Swapping out vinyl screens for glass windows turns your porch or patio area into an actual room. Sunrooms (or Carolina Rooms) are a great way to add curb appeal while giving your home a clean, modern look with a room filled with windows.
An Eco-friendly Addition
Aside from enjoying your sunroom during any type of weather, the extra natural light will help lower your electric bill! With the proper insulation, you don’t have to worry about the heat or air conditioning escaping through your windows. Not to mention being able to open the windows for a breeze during a nice spring or fall day.
Extra Space
Whether you’re growing your family and need more room for the kids to play, or need more space for an office, enclosing your screened porch allows you to create a space you need. Whatever you decide to turn your sunroom into, you’ll be wishing you did it sooner!
Fall is one of the best times to enclose your screened porch, so you can enjoy it during the colder months. Whether you’re still weighing the pros and cons of sunrooms versus a screened porch or would like a quote, our team at Re-Builders in Myrtle Beach would be thrilled to help you or answer any questions you may have!
