Chuck StietzelWe just completed a major home renovation, including the kitchen, three bathrooms, and a complete electrical upgrade, and we’re very happy with the results. Like many large renovation projects, there were a few unexpected challenges along the way, including some significant preexisting structural issues and difficulties with the cabinet installation. What stood out to us was that Re-Builders stayed committed to addressing issues and making sure things were done right. We truly appreciated the skill and hard work from the Re-Builders team. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out beautifully, and we’re excited to enjoy our renovated home for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Re-Builders for helping bring our vision to life.Posted on Google

Three Reasons To Renovate or Remodel Your Kitchen
We’ve all seen the shows on HGTV where a cute, young couple or a set of twins come in and turn an ordinary home into something extraordinary. Re-Builders of Myrtle Beach has the ability to do the same thing to your home, townhome or condo! Just like any home improvement project, your needs, wants and of course, budget, will determine the outcome of it all. When it comes to remodeling your kitchen, keep these three things in mind before you begin construction. Hopefully they will help prevent any speed bumps along the way, which will give you the new kitchen you are looking for!
Assess Your Current Situation
Consider your life on a daily basis and look at your current surroundings. What do I dislike about my kitchen? What do I wish I had? What would make preparing dinner each night a bit easier? Be sure to provide your renovation company with as much information as possible so that when they come up with a game plan, it’s the right one. Put it all on the table so that you get exactly what you want.
Consider Your Lifestyle
If you enjoy entertaining or cooking, the kitchen is typically a focal point in your home. Perhaps your new island will be made of butcher block or you splurge for the granite countertops. If your family is constantly on the move (like most families these days), a breakfast bar is an informal way to eat breakfast together. Whatever your reason, be sure to arrange this room to best suit your needs.
Adding Value To Your Home
Since you are footing the bill for this kitchen renovation, you ultimately want to get what you want. BUT, keep in mind the possibility that you may be selling this property in the future. If this is your forever home, then go crazy! If not, we recommend that your remodel shouldn’t be too over-the-top or obscure. A freshly remodeled, attractive and modern kitchen will surely appeal to potential buyers as opposed to one that is quirky and peculiar.
Whenever you are ready to begin your next home improvement project, whether it be a kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, room addition or perhaps something larger, keep Re-Builders of Myrtle Beach in mind! Please contact us below if you would like to learn more about what we can do for you.
