Chuck StietzelWe just completed a major home renovation, including the kitchen, three bathrooms, and a complete electrical upgrade, and we’re very happy with the results. Like many large renovation projects, there were a few unexpected challenges along the way, including some significant preexisting structural issues and difficulties with the cabinet installation. What stood out to us was that Re-Builders stayed committed to addressing issues and making sure things were done right. We truly appreciated the skill and hard work from the Re-Builders team. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out beautifully, and we’re excited to enjoy our renovated home for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Re-Builders for helping bring our vision to life.Posted on Google

10 Benefits To Adding A Porch To Your Home
Even though the winter weather is still here, there’s no better time than now to start thinking about spring projects! Whether you’re looking to add value to your home or just want a more relaxing outdoor space, adding a porch to your home can be the perfect solution. That’s why our team here at Re-Builders is here to tell you a few reasons why you should consider adding a porch to your home next spring.
Resale Value
Not only does a new porch look great, it will help increase your home’s value when it comes time to put your home up for sale.
Curb Appeal
Whether you add a front porch or back porch, a new porch can add that extra curb appeal that many homeowners are looking for.
Personal Touch
A porch is for more than just enjoying the outdoors, its a way to add a personal touch to the outside of your home!
Additional Living Space
What’s better than having a nice place to entertain your guests when the weather is nice! A front or back porch is a great way to expand your home’s living and entertainment space.
Added Protection
A covered porch can add an extra layer of protection for your home’s exterior (front door, siding, windows, etc.).
A More Organized Home
When you add a porch to your home, you give yourself more space to store items and keep the mess outdoors.
Delivery Protection
Having a covered front porch is perfect for keeping your packages dry and out of sight to those driving by.
Energy Efficient
With a covered porch, you can help conserve your home’s energy by keeping the direct sunlight out of the windows and front door.
Adds Symmetry
Because they’re so customizable, a porch can add some much-needed symmetry to the architecture of a home.
Low Maintenance
Unlike many rooms in your home, porches are low maintenance and don’t need to be cleaned as often. That means more time for relaxing!
