Chuck StietzelWe just completed a major home renovation, including the kitchen, three bathrooms, and a complete electrical upgrade, and we’re very happy with the results. Like many large renovation projects, there were a few unexpected challenges along the way, including some significant preexisting structural issues and difficulties with the cabinet installation. What stood out to us was that Re-Builders stayed committed to addressing issues and making sure things were done right. We truly appreciated the skill and hard work from the Re-Builders team. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out beautifully, and we’re excited to enjoy our renovated home for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Re-Builders for helping bring our vision to life.Posted on Google

3 Reasons Why You Should Enclose Your Screened Porch
As fall continues to get closer and closer, we’re seeing many homeowners choose to enclose their screened porches before the seasons change. Often referred to as Sunrooms or Carolina rooms, enclosed porches have many benefits that homeowners tend to overlook. That’s why our team here at Re-Builders has come up with three reasons why you should enclose your screened porch.
Weather
When you choose to enclose your screened porch, you can rest assured that you won’t have to worry about the unpredictable weather we experience year-round along the Grand Strand. Having your screened porch transformed into a beautiful Carolina room can give you the porch feel without the humidity and bugs!
Adds Value
There’s nothing we love more than adding value to our client’s home and you can do just that when you enclose your screened porch. By adding more heated square footage to your home, you can guarantee the value of your home will increase!
More Living Space
Whether you want more space for entertaining guests, a home office, or a play area for your children, a sunroom is a perfect investment! Do you know you need more space but are unsure of what to utilize it as? Our team at Re-Builders can give you some inspiration before you commit to your next project!
Low Maintenance
By enclosing your screened porch, gone are the days of having to wipe up pollen and keeping your furniture dust-free! This will save you a lot of time and sanity when spring rolls back around!
Overall, adding a sunroom or Carolina room to your home has plenty more benefits than the ones we just listed. If you have any questions or need some inspiration, our team here at Re-Builders Inc. would be happy to talk with you! Don’t hesitate to reach out!
